Abstract Peripheral cemento-ossifying fibroma is a rare osteogenic neoplasm that ordinarily presents as an epulis-like growth. A rare case of a giant peripheral cemento-ossifying fibroma of the maxilla, 11 cm in diameter and causing difficulty in eating and speech, is reported.
