Abstract A 13-year-old Indian boy with Kimura's disease presenting as a tumour-like swelling of the cheek and submandibular regions is reported and the literature reviewed. A distinction between Kimura's disease and angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia is made in the differential diagnosis of eosinophilia-associated diseases and reactive lymphadenopathy.
