Aneurysmal Bone Cyst of the Mandible

Abstract
This report describes a 10-year-old boy with an aneurysmal bone cyst presenting as a painless swelling in the right molar region of the mandible. The patient was treated surgically by an intraoral approach and no recurrence was noted during a 4-year follow-up period. A review of the relevant literature is presented.
