Abstract
Sarcoidosis is a multisystem granulomatous disorder of unknown aetiology characterised by non-caseating epithelioid granulomas that may affect any organ system. Intraoral presentations of sarcoidosis are uncommon, and sarcoidosis of the tongue is particularly rare.
