Simultaneous Maxillomandibular Distraction Osteogenesis Using a Subcutaneous Device for a Bilateral Cleft Lip and Palate Patient

Abstract
This report describes a 26-year-old man with repaired bilateral cleft lip and palate treated by simultaneous maxillomandibular distraction osteogenesis using submucosal intraoral distraction devices for skeletal and soft tissue restoration.
