Abstract
An intranasal wisdom tooth in a 61-year-old female is reported. From 1980 to date, 35 cases of intranasal teeth have been reported, mostly in patients less than 40 years of age. Anterior teeth accounted for the majority. This is the first report of a wisdom tooth presenting in the nasal cavity.
