Abstract This report presents the endoscopic removal of a metallic foreign body located in the infratemporal fossa. The metallic foreign body was captured and removed using a forceps through an endoscopic working channel port. The endoscopic approach described here is reliable and minimally invasive for removing foreign bodies located in the maxillofacial region, but requires specialised training and equipment.
