Abstract
This report presents a 6-month-old boy with a rare benign soft tissue neoplasm of the oral cavity, who presented with a swelling at the right side of the mouth floor. The patient’s initial clinical presentation,
differential diagnoses, treatment, and prognosis are discussed.
