Abstract
Prostate cancer frequently metastasises to bones, but rarely metastasises to bones in the head and neck. We describe a patient with prostate cancer in whom the tumour metastasised to the mandibular condyle. The level of prostate-specific antigen, a biomarker for prostate cancer, was extremely high. This report documents the case, with associated peculiar bony lesions.

Key words: Neoplasm metastasis, Prostate-specific antigen, Prostatic neoplasms
