Abstract Chondrolipoma is a rare form of lipoma with cartilaginous metaplasia. Chondrolipoma of the breast is well known, but only a few chondrolipomas involving the oral region have been reported. To the authors’ knowledge, only 3 patients with chondrolipoma involving the lip have been reported in the literature. This report is of a 59-year-old man with chondrolipoma of the lip, who was referred with a painless mass on the left side of the lower lip.
