Synchronous Repair of Bilateral Cleft Lip in a Patient with Wolf-Hirschhorn (4p–) Syndrome

Abstract
This report is of an infant with Wolf-Hirschhorn (4p–) syndrome, a disorder of multiple malformations that is characterised by delayed growth and development, and facial dysmorphism. The bilateral cleft lip was successfully repaired by synchronous repair surgery at age 1 year 5 months.
