Asian AOSM would like to share our monthly progress update regarding the future management of our Society and our upcoming schedule.

As promised in our previous communication, we are moving forward smoothly with our transition plans.

1. Development of the New Membership Management System

As previously informed, the development of our new, streamlined Membership Management System is steadily underway toward November 2026. We truly appreciate your continued patience and cooperation as we work to build a reliable and secure system.

2. Website Updates

We are pleased to inform you that we have recently updated the Asian AOMS website with the following new content:

- Announcement from 29th May: The circulated content has now been uploaded.

- Special Issue 38-4: Details regarding this newly released feature are now available.

Key Milestones:

Phase 1: Present – June (In Progress)

• Secretariat onboarding and infrastructure setup.

• Initiation of the new system development.

Phase 2: July – August

• Collaboration Period: Reaching out to each country’s secretariat for member list verification.

Phase 3: September – October

• Data migration and internal system testing.

Phase 4: November

• Official launch of the new Membership Management System.

• Distribution of new login credentials to members.
