[Asian AOMS] Update: Future Operations and Upcoming Schedule
Asian AOMS would like to share our monthly progress update regarding the future management of our Society and our upcoming schedule.
As advised in our previous correspondence, we are progressing smoothly with our transition plans.
1. Development of the New Membership Management System
As previously informed, the development of our new, streamlined Membership Management System is steadily underway towards November 2026. We truly appreciate your continued patience and cooperation as we work to build a reliable and secure system.
2. Notice –
Key Milestones:
Phase 1: September Update (In Progress)
• Organizing member data and verifying member lists in collaboration with each country’s secretariat.
• System development is proceeding smoothly.
Phase 2: September – October
• Data migration and internal system testing.
Phase 3: November
• Official launch of the new Membership Management System.
• Distribution of new login credentials to members.
